This policy explains how Ads Drop IT Solutions FZE LLC ("Ads Drop", "we") handles personal data when you visit ads-drop.com, contact us, use the client portal at portal.ads-drop.com, or work with us as a client. We handle data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the data-protection rules that apply to our clients.
1. Data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, company, phone number, email address and the message you send through our forms, WhatsApp or email.
- Account data (client portal): name, email, phone number, company details, users you add, language and notification preferences.
- Work content: tasks, notes, files, approvals, e-signatures, ratings and messages you add in the portal.
- Billing data: quotations, agreements, invoices and payment history. Card details are entered on the secure page of the payment provider and are never stored by us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, cookies and similar identifiers, and the push subscription of your device if you enable notifications.
2. How we use data
- To answer your enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To provide the services: managing projects, tasks, deliveries, reports, documents and invoices in the portal.
- To send notifications about your work (email, in-app, push) and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website and portal secure, prevent unauthorised access and fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To measure and improve the website and our own marketing (analytics and advertising measurement, see section 4).
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of your consent (newsletter, marketing cookies, push notifications), and for our legitimate interests in running, securing and promoting our business. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels
The website uses essential cookies that make it work, and measurement tools: Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the Snap Pixel, including their server-side counterparts. They help us understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads in the settings of each platform.
The client portal uses only the cookies required for sign-in and security. It has no advertising trackers.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who process it for us and under our instructions: web hosting and email delivery, encrypted backups, our payment provider for online payments, browser push services, and the advertising and analytics platforms named above. We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by a certified payment provider on its own secure pages. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and a transaction reference, never the full card number. Bank transfers are reconciled using the details on your invoice.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months, and client, project and billing data for the duration of our engagement and for the period required by UAE accounting and tax rules (generally five years). Afterwards the data is deleted or handed over to you on request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. Portal sign-in is protected with one-time codes, access credentials you share with us are stored encrypted, and backups are encrypted. Access is limited to the team members who need it for your work.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can manage notifications in your portal account or device settings, and unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in each email. Write to info@ads-drop.com and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Children and international transfers
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. Some of our providers operate outside the UAE; where that is the case we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards for the data.
